Terms of Service

Effective 2026-09-18 · Draft pending legal review

The service

Work Twin (workt.win) is an AI assistant that runs tasks on your behalf and, with your explicit authorization, connects to third-party apps to complete them. Work Twin is operated by JBNX LLC, based in Rockville, Maryland.

Acceptable use

You may not use Work Twin to break the law, infringe on others' rights, circumvent security controls, or connect an account or integration you are not authorized to use. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse.

Credits and billing

Where Work Twin runs on prepaid credits, credits are consumed as you use the service and are not a store of value. See our Refund Policy for how unused credits are handled.

No guarantee of accuracy

Work Twin is powered by third-party AI models. Outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing important outputs before relying on them; Work Twin makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JBNX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of Work Twin, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
