What we collect

• Chat content you send, which is transmitted to the AI model provider you select in order to generate a response.
• Credentials for third-party integrations you connect, stored encrypted at rest.
• First-party website analytics for workt.win only — no third-party trackers or ad pixels — recording hashed IP addresses, not raw IP addresses.

Retention

We retain account and task data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Analytics data is aggregated and retained only as long as needed for product improvement.

No sale of data

We do not sell your personal data. Chat content is shared only with the AI model provider needed to answer your request, and with third-party apps you explicitly authorize Work Twin to connect to.

Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by writing to [email protected]. We will honor the request except where retention is required by law.
