Prepaid credits

Unused prepaid credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase — just ask at [email protected] with your account email. Credits that have already been consumed by usage are not refundable.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future charges at the end of the current billing period; it does not retroactively refund charges already billed.
